Food grade silicone wire hose PU10產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：

適用于輸送低溫食品物質(zhì)，有良好的抗負壓能力，有一定的耐壓力，酒類用連接導(dǎo)管，

產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：

材料：聚氨脂材料

編織：無任何織物層。全透明狀態(tài)

鋼絲：采用單層SS304不銹鋼絲，間距為5MM

產(chǎn)品特性：

——工作溫度范圍‘-40oC / +80oC 在短時間內(nèi)可達到  100oC 

——具有很好彎曲性，內(nèi)壁光滑清潔，易清洗不粘水，易清洗不附著任何殘留物。

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒。

——這些管通常是高透明的，可以看到流體通過時動向。

——可配食品衛(wèi)生級快速接頭SMS,TC接頭,法蘭接頭等.

品質(zhì)認證：

——PU軟管通過美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理局)食品級認證。

——PU軟管通過不含塑化劑成分，完全不含鄰苯二甲酸或其它合成增塑劑。

Product application:

Suitable for transporting low temperature food material and has good anti-negative pressure ability and certain pressure resistance 

as the connecting hose for alcoholic beverages. 

Product structure:

Materials: Polyurethane material

Weave: without any fabric layers. All transparent state

Steel wire: a single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 5MM

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -40 to +80 degrees Celsius and it can reach 100 degrees Celsius in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking. After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained.

-These hoses are usually highly transparent and the movement of fluid can be observed.

-can be equipped with food sanitary grade quick SMS connectors, TC connectors and flange connectors, etc.
