產(chǎn)品描述：

硅膠軟管采用硅膠加強(qiáng)卡芙拉和鉑金硅膠結(jié)構(gòu)，產(chǎn)品壓力相當(dāng)于3倍的同類BP20系列的壓力。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)長度為20米每卷，同時(shí)我們也可以根據(jù)客戶的要求生產(chǎn)規(guī)定的尺寸和長度，膠管產(chǎn)品通過美國FDA級和USP Class VI和德國BFR認(rèn)證。

產(chǎn)品特性：

BD40系列硅膠軟管

——工作溫度范圍‘-70oC / +260oC 在短時(shí)間內(nèi)可達(dá)到  280oC ，硅膠原料達(dá)到V=0級別。

——具有很好彎曲性，內(nèi)壁光滑清潔，易清洗不粘水，用清洗物清洗后不附著任何殘留物，可采用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不含任何塑化劑和添加劑成分。完全符合食品FDA和生物醫(yī)用級USP的要求。

——這些管通常是半透明的，外層為紅色。我們也可根據(jù)客戶所需顏色來訂制。

品質(zhì)認(rèn)證：

——鉑金硅膠軟管通過美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理局)食品級認(rèn)證。

——鉑金硅膠軟管通過德國BfR零件 XV標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證和LFBG認(rèn)證。

——鉑金硅膠軟管符合通過美國醫(yī)用USP Class VI級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證。

——鉑金硅膠管依照歐盟指令2008/95 / ECC的限制使用某些有害物質(zhì)(RoHS)認(rèn)可。

Product application:

Specially recommended for transportation or delivery of high temperature food, cosmetics, chemical or liquid or semi fluid liquid of pharmaceutical industry and biological engineering .(such as food grade hose; the connection hoses used on food machinery, liquor equipment,oil production equipment and medical equipment, etc.)

Product description:

-Silicone hoses adopt silicone reinforced kevlar line and platinum silicone structure. The product pressure will be 3 times more than the one of BP20 series. Widely used in liquid and semi fluid of food industry, medicine and cosmetic industry and bio engineering.

-Standard length is 20 meters per roll, at the same time, we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs. Our hose products has passed the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR certification.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -70 to +260 degree Celsius and can reach +280 degrees Celsius in a short period of time.

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-these hoses are usually translucent and outside is red color. The color of hose can be can customized according to customer's needs.
