產(chǎn)品應用：

推薦用于制藥行業(yè)及美容化妝行業(yè)液體，固體，粉體的輸送.在食品行業(yè)用于食用油，醋類的輸送，也可以用輸送葡萄酒，酒精度于一半的白酒輸送。

透明帶不銹鋼絲硅膠軟管，內(nèi)外壁平滑，可以使物料流通順暢，

產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：

編織：無任何織物層。全透明狀態(tài)

鋼絲：采用單層304不銹鋼絲，間距為5MM

產(chǎn)品特性：

——工作溫度范圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在短時間內(nèi)可達到  220oC (392oF)

——具有很好彎曲性，透明度好，可采用高溫蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，，且硅膠更加環(huán)保性好，耐用。

——產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過高溫180oC*4小時高溫硫化后，不分產(chǎn)生任何分解物，承正負壓能力強，具體參考數(shù)據(jù)表。

——這些管通常是高透明的，可以看到流體通過時動向。

——可以配套316L食品衛(wèi)生級快速接頭SMS，3A，快速接頭。

——鉑金硅膠軟管通過美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理局)食品級認證。

——鉑金硅膠管依照歐盟指令2008/94 / ECC的限制使用某些有害物質(zhì)(RoHS)認可。

——鉑金硅膠軟管符合通過美國醫(yī)用USP Class VI級標準認證。

Product application:

Recommended for delivering the liquid or solid or powder in the pharmaceutical industry and beauty cosmetics industry and delivering edible oil and vinegar in the food industry. It also can be used to deliver wine and liquor with 50% alcohol degree.the transparent stainless steel wire silicone hoses have the smooth inner and outer wall and can make the material flow smoothly.

Product structure:

Weave: without any fabric layers. All transparent state

Steel wire: a single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 5mm

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius(-76oF / +356oF) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius(392oF) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-No smell, tasteless, non-toxic, durable. Our hose can replace the PU hoses in the market because the silicone materials are more Eco-friendly and more durable.

-Product will not produce any decomposition after high temperature of 180 degrees Celsius * 4 hours of high temperature Vulcanization with strong bearing capacity of negative and positive pressure.

-These hoses are usually highly transparent and the movement of fluid can be observed. The color of hose can be customized according to customer’s needs.

-the hoses can be equipped with 316L food sanitary grade SMS or 3A quick connectors.
