產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)
CAC30系列軟管有三種不同的內(nèi)徑結(jié)構(gòu)：1）內(nèi)層為一般耐高溫硅膠。2）內(nèi)徑為具有良好耐油性氟硅膠3）內(nèi)層為具有耐溶劑的氟橡膠。
波紋硅膠管全部采用四層諾梅克斯布
產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：
具有良好的耐溫和耐油性，專為汽車，卡車，貨車，減震器用，內(nèi)部采用氟硅膠，氟橡膠和一般硅膠三種，可用來(lái)作為抗油性能和減震性。
產(chǎn)品性能：
螺紋硅膠管，在高溫時(shí)具有良好的伸縮性和減震效果。具有良好的組裝性能。有良好的柔軟性。耐溫耐壓性能好，有熱塑性好，耐老化，耐臭氧，UV等。
中間有加不銹鋼圈。增強(qiáng)抗壓性能。
規(guī)格和長(zhǎng)度可以根據(jù)客戶的要求來(lái)定做。量多從優(yōu)。
Product structure:
CAC30 series hose has three kinds of different diameter structure:
1) the inner layer is generally high temperature resistant silicone.
2) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with good oil resistance.
3) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with solvent resistance.
Corrugated silicone hose adopts 4 layers of Nomex cloth.
Product application:
Good oil resistance and good temperature resistance. Especially used on the shock absorbers of automobiles, trucks and lorries.
internally using fluorine silicone, fluorine rubber or normal silicone.
Product properties:
with good retractility and shock absorption at high temperature. Good assembly performance. Good flexibility.
Good temperature resistance and pressure resistance.Good thermal plasticity, aging resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance, etc..
stainless steel rings added on the hose with good compression resistance.
Specification and length can be customized according to customer requirements.
