產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：

   廣泛地配套在醫(yī)藥、化妝品、食品及精細化工等行業(yè)中固定或移動的設(shè)備上。可排吸高溶度的腐蝕性化學品。

產(chǎn)品優(yōu)點：

  1.FEP & PTFE內(nèi)管可以輸送幾乎所有的腐蝕性化學物質(zhì)，使用壽命很長。

  2.清潔及消毒：內(nèi)壁光滑，無粘性，低滲透性，不易滋生細菌；可以用蒸汽、洗潔劑、溶劑等進行消毒。

  3.潔凈性：通過FDA認證，符合或超過3A標準的要求。

  4.兼容性：不會污染或影響任何介質(zhì)的味道，顏色或氣味。

  5.柔韌性：彎曲半徑很好，并且不會產(chǎn)生例如金屬軟管的“金屬疲勞”現(xiàn)象。

  6.耐用性：可在惡劣環(huán)境中使用。即使在熱循環(huán)中也不會受老化或脆化。

產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：

  內(nèi)管：食品級耐化學腐蝕的FEP材質(zhì)，光滑（也可提供PTFE材質(zhì)的黑色導靜電內(nèi)膠）

  增強層：高強度合成線繩，內(nèi)置螺旋鋼絲加強

  外管：耐老化耐腐蝕EPDM合成橡膠，綠色，表面布紋

工作溫度：

    工作溫度范圍：-40℃至+150℃（較高可以達到177℃）

適用標準： 

    符合 FDA 21CFR 177.2600，3A 認證標準。

Product application:
