表層采用鉑金硅膠包覆，中間采用加強(qiáng)SS304不銹鋼絲編織PTFE組合而成。廣泛的應(yīng)用于通過食品，醫(yī)藥及化妝用品，生物工程的液體和半流體。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)長度為20米每卷，同時(shí)我們也可以根據(jù)客戶的要求生產(chǎn)規(guī)定的尺寸和長度，膠管產(chǎn)品通過美國FDA級(jí)和USP Class VI和德國BFR認(rèn)證。

——工作溫度范圍‘-60oC / +220oC 在短時(shí)間內(nèi)可達(dá)到 260oC 

——具有很好耐強(qiáng)酸和強(qiáng)堿性能，有極好的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性?？梢阅透邏?，內(nèi)壁有具有很好耐磨性。

——具有很好彎曲性，內(nèi)壁光滑清潔，易清洗不粘水，用清洗物清洗后不附著任何殘留物，可采用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不含任何塑化劑和添加劑成分。完全符合食品FDA和生物醫(yī)用級(jí)USP VI的要求。

Product description:

The surface layer is covered with platinum silicone and the middle layer is made of reinforced SS304 stainless steel wire woven braiding and PTFE.

Widely used to deliverying the liquid and semi fluid of food, medicine and cosmetic products, biological engineering.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +220 degrees Celsius and can reach 260 degrees Celsius in a short period of time

-Strong resistance of acid and alkali, excellent chemical stability, good resistance of high pressure and the inner wall has a very good abrasion performance.

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-The outer layer material is usually the milky white platinum vulcanized silicone. And the color of outer layer can be customized according to the customer's need.
